This error comes mostly if you try attempting to open RSA SecureID Software Token after very long time or you attempted wrong database password to unlock the token id (*.sdtid) file. Simple is delete the token and re-import the token in RSA SecureID Software Token.
Caution: You should have *.sdtid file to re-import, else you may need to contact your administrator to get it added to RSA application.
Navigate to the following location in your Windows 7 system:
C:\Users\{your_username}\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\RSA Security\RSA SecurID Software Token\
and delete of rename the file "SoftwareTokens.DB"
